Sovereign Scale
The Aveum Global Identity System (GIS) is a deterministic genomic identification platform engineered for global-scale deployment. The system comprises a cryptographic extraction engine, a multi-tier sovereign database, an encrypted transport protocol, and a one-click integration adapter for existing government infrastructure.
Designed for National Identity Programs, Criminal Justice, Immigration Control, Military Personnel Identification, Law Enforcement, and Forensic Operations. Adaptable to CODIS, NDNAD, FNAEG, DAD, INTERPOL I-24/7, NGI/AFIS, REAL ID, and equivalent sovereign systems worldwide.
Aveum is privately funded institutional-grade infrastructure. No federal grants. No government funding. No external data dependencies. Absolute data autonomy.
Aveum GIS converts genomic source material into a compact sovereign identity anchor with full traceability, back to the source DNA. The GIS Genomic Anchor is both deterministic and reproducible. It becomes the primary key for the entire ecosystem, everything becomes evidence, attached to that key.
Each GIS identifier is a unique 15-character hexadecimal code derived deterministically from the subject's genomic data. The identifier space supports the entire global population with zero collision probability. Built-in Genomic Duplicate Safety Hash (GDSH) resolution ensures no two subjects can receive the same identifier.
The system ingests standard WGS output (~300 GB per subject in FASTQ/BAM/VCF format) and produces a lightweight GIS anchor in sub-second time. The full WGS dataset remains archived with complete traceability. The 15-hex identifier serves as a fast-retrieval key to the original source DNA data.
Unlike any WGS management system or biometric identity platform globally in place today, Aveum GIS operates on commodity hardware. A single 128 GB RAM workstation can host a global-scale identity dataset in-memory. An entire continental population (335M+ subjects) fits on one rack server at approximately 33.5 TB.
Zero-knowledge design. The system does not ingest, store, or process health markers, racial indicators, or medical data. Forensic identification and kinship auditing are performed without exposing protected health information. Compliant with GDPR, PIPEDA, PDPL, and national data sovereignty requirements.
Developed by AVEUM Systems, we are proud to announce the rollout of our genomic verification and identification adaptation for the Family Vault. This architecture bridges sovereign-grade genomic identity with institutional digital estate custody, allowing family offices to secure multi-generational wealth using biometric authentication derived directly from DNA. Every person already carries a naturally unique biological identifier. Aveum's ArK-512P kernel transforms constrained genomic signals into compact, non-reversible identifiers. Your DNA is not stored—it is computed. It cannot be stolen, phished, replayed, or lost, creating a permanent, forensic-grade trust anchor.
Genomic Identification Signature (GIS) generation runs inside IBM Trusted Compute enclaves (IBM Z, LinuxONE) or AWS Nitro. The system operates with no disk, no network, and zero operator access. The cryptographic logic is sealed, providing parallel attestation mirroring with FIPS 140-3 and CC EAL4+ certification.
Each Family Vault operates as a completely sealed ecosystem. Transfers are restricted exclusively to the vault's associated source wallet or internal sub-vault movements. No API connections to exterior addresses are permitted. The smart contract enforces this at the address-check layer—no override, no admin bypass.
Each primary vault supports up to 10 sub-vaults for heirs. If the primary authenticator is inactive for 12 months plus a 30-day grace period, a time-locked inheritance trigger executes automatically. Wealth distributes uniformly to nominated sub-vaults. No lawyers, no courts, no human intervention.
Reimagined for the family office. Not a consumer product. A generational trust deployed via MPC custody platforms.
Aveum GIS is not a SaaS product and is not hosted in any third-party cloud. The system deploys directly onto the sovereign entity's own infrastructure under an annual license agreement. Each deployment is independent and decentralized. No data leaves the nation's perimeter.
Pre-built sovereign API adapters provide single-step integration with existing government infrastructure. Certified adapters for Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft Azure environments. Native API compatibility with all G7 national identification frameworks, Swiss federal identity environments, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia "Vision-Scale" programs. The 512P Protocol is not another PII in the traditional sense. It is a cryptographically derived identification anchor that can be associated with existing PII, providing a higher-assurance mechanism for linking records across systems while making identity fraud substantially more difficult.
Designed to operate alongside and within existing national systems without requiring architectural replacement. Plugs directly into CODIS, NDNAD, FNAEG, DAD, NGI/AFIS, INTERPOL I-24/7, and equivalent databases. All use cases including immigration, military, national ID, passports, law enforcement, and forensic are served from a single deployment.

A proprietary multi-family cryptographic cascade engineered for deterministic genomic identification at sovereign scale.
ACE: Core Processing Architecture
Primary Hash Family
First-stage identity derivation. Produces the foundational cryptographic anchor from structured genomic input.
Secondary Hash Family
Independent second-stage processing. Cross-validates primary output through an orthogonal cryptographic pathway.
Extended Hash Family
High-entropy 512-bit extended processing. Provides maximum cryptographic depth for sovereign-grade assurance.
Aveum Cascade Protocol
Multi-stage DNA Test sequential pipeline orchestrating all hash families into a unified derivation chain.
Multi-Channel Processing
Parallel independent channels ensuring no single cryptographic family constitutes a point of failure.
Safety Hash Integrity
Integrity verification layer confirming DNA Test deterministic consistency across all processing stages.
Genomic Duplicate Safety Hash
Population-scale collision resolution ensuring zero duplicate identifiers at any deployment scale.
Deterministic Sequencing
Guarantees identical GIS out for the same person, including known min/max DNA drift occurrences and degradation, across all deployments, hardware, and time.
Deterministic · Irreversible · Sovereign
The Aveum algorithm architecture employs three mathematically independent cryptographic families operating in a coordinated cascade. Each family processes genomic input through its own derivation pathway before the outputs converge through the Aveum Cascade Protocol (ACP) into a single, deterministic 15-character hexadecimal identifier.
This multi-family architecture eliminates single-algorithm dependency, ensuring that a theoretical compromise of any one cryptographic family does not affect the integrity of the system. Complete architecture and algorithm specifications are disclosed only under NDA.

Every biometric identity and identification system on earth is broken. Names are shared. Documents are forged. Databases are siloed. Backlogs stretch into years. People fall through the cracks, or worse, are caught in them. Aveum GIS replaces the weakest link in every one of these systems: the identifier itself. One Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) sample, one AveumID, one digital ID for life.
| Problem | What Happens Today | Solved. |
|---|---|---|
| Identity Fraud | Stolen documents, synthetic identities, and forged credentials cost governments billions annually. Detection depends on manual review and pattern recognition. | A 15-hex genomic identifier cannot be stolen, forged, or transferred. Identity is derived from biology, not paper. One person, one identity, forever. |
| Wrongful Conviction | DNA evidence sits in backlogs for months or years. Exonerations depend on legal petitions and retesting cycles that can take a decade. | Sub-second GIS lookup against the national registry. If the crime-scene DNA does not match the convicted individual's GIS, the mismatch surfaces immediately. |
| Crime Scene ID | Forensic DNA processing takes weeks to months. CODIS searches are limited to existing offender profiles. Unknown subjects may never be identified. | Crime-scene DNA processed to GIS in under one second. Instant match against the entire national population, not just a subset of prior offenders. |
| Undocumented Migrants | Individuals perished at sea, rescued from open water, or intercepted at land borders carry no documents. Identity cannot be established. They enter the system as unknown, or are buried unnamed. | A cheek swab at point of contact, or a tissue sample from the deceased, generates a permanent GIS identifier on the spot. Identity is established at first encounter, even with no documents, no language, no cooperation, and even after death. |
| Same-Name Misidentification | Millions of people share common names. Wrong arrests, denied entry, blocked benefits, and frozen accounts happen daily because systems rely on name-matching. | GIS is derived from DNA, not name strings. Two people named "John Smith" produce two completely different 15-hex identifiers. Name collisions become irrelevant. |
| DNA Indexing Speed | National forensic databases take weeks, months, or years to process submissions. Some samples are never processed at all. | Ingestion throughput exceeds 650 subjects per second on a single node. An entire national backlog can be cleared in hours, not decades. |
| Human Error | Manual data entry, transcription mistakes, mislabeled samples, and clerical errors corrupt every identification system on earth. | Deterministic extraction. Same DNA in, same GIS out. No human transcription. No manual entry. The algorithm does not make mistakes. |
| Privacy Exposure | Current identity systems tie individuals to addresses, social security numbers, tax records, and medical data. Every breach exposes everything. | Zero-knowledge architecture. GIS contains no health data, no address, no SSN, no racial markers. The identifier reveals nothing about the individual except their uniqueness. |
| Voter Registration Fraud | Duplicate registrations, deceased voters on rolls, and identity fabrication undermine electoral integrity. Audits are slow and politically contentious. | One GIS per citizen. Duplicate registrations are mathematically impossible. A national voter roll anchored to genomic identity is immune to fabrication. |
| Census Accuracy | Census counts are estimated, disputed, and manipulated. Undercounts affect representation and funding. Overcounts inflate budgets. | Every individual counted exactly once. GIS deduplication guarantees a precise, auditable population figure with zero double-counting. |
| Birth Registration | Hospital identification relies on wristbands and visual matching. Swaps happen. In some nations, millions of births go unregistered entirely. | GIS generated from a newborn's DNA at birth. The identifier is permanent, cannot be swapped, and establishes legal identity from day one. |
| Family Reunification | Separated families at borders have no reliable way to prove kinship. Reunification depends on paperwork that may not exist. Wrongful deportations occur. | Kinship auditing from GIS identifiers. Parent-child and sibling relationships are cryptographically verifiable without exposing health data. Proof of family, not paperwork. |
| Fake Passports | Forged and fraudulently obtained travel documents circulate globally. Visual inspection and chip verification are insufficient against sophisticated forgeries. | Passport bound to GIS. The document is verified against the holder's genomic identity at the border. A forged passport fails the GIS check in under 3 milliseconds. |
| Siloed Databases | CODIS, NDNAD, FNAEG, and equivalent systems do not interoperate. Cross-border identification requires manual requests and diplomatic channels. | Sovereign API adapters provide one-click integration with all major national systems. Same GIS standard across all deployments enables instant cross-referencing under bilateral agreements. |
| Mass Disaster Identification | Plane crashes, earthquakes, floods, and terror attacks produce hundreds or thousands of unidentifiable remains. Families wait months or years. Traditional identification through dental records and fingerprints fails when remains are fragmented, burned, or decomposed beyond recognition. | DNA extracted from any tissue fragment is processed to GIS in under one second. Remains are matched to indexed populations instantly. Families receive confirmation in hours, not years. One bone fragment is enough. |
| Missing Persons | Over 600,000 people go missing annually in the US alone. Globally the figure is uncountable. Unidentified remains sit in morgues for decades. Cold cases are never resolved because there is no universal cross-reference between the missing and the found. | Every missing person reported with a GIS on file is searchable against every unidentified remain in the system. A match surfaces in under one second, whether the person disappeared yesterday or thirty years ago. |
| Post-Mortem Identification | Decomposed, skeletonized, or fragmentary remains cannot be identified by visual means. John and Jane Does are buried unnamed. Families never receive closure. Forensic anthropology backlogs stretch for years. | Bone, tooth, or tissue yields DNA. DNA yields GIS. GIS matches the national index. Identity is restored to the dead. No remains are too degraded, too old, or too fragmented. The algorithm does not need a face. |
| Perished at Sea | Thousands drown annually on migration routes across the Mediterranean, the Channel, and the Gulf of Aden. Bodies wash ashore unidentified. Mass graves hold the unnamed. Families across continents never learn what happened. | Tissue recovery from recovered remains produces a GIS identifier that persists permanently in the system. When a family member anywhere in the world provides a reference sample, kinship matching reunites the dead with their name. No body is forgotten. |
DNA is the only constant truth in human identity. It does not expire, cannot be forged, and never changes. Aveum Sovereign ArkGIS converts that truth into a deployable national infrastructure.
Deploy it or do not. Either way, every problem in the table above continues to cost your nation billions. The difference is trajectory.
| What You Get | Impact |
|---|---|
| Sub-second processing | Crime-scene to match in under 1 second. National backlogs cleared in hours. |
| Low sequencing thresholds | No full WGS required at the wetlab. Targeted panels meet minimum coverage specs. |
| WGS-compatible ingestion | Legacy DNA systems with existing WGS archives digitize directly into GIS through standard bioinformatic pipelines. Full backward compatibility. |
| Global or national scale | 335 million subjects on a single rack. Entire continental populations indexed on commodity hardware. |
| Fraction of storage cost | 120 GB of raw sequencing data compressed to a 15-character key. Data center footprint drops by orders of magnitude. |
| Massive CAPEX/OPEX savings | No cloud subscriptions. No per-query fees. No multi-year integration projects. One deployment, one annual license. |
The system pays for itself on installation. Every forensic backlog cleared, every duplicate registration eliminated, every fraudulent document caught, and every wrongful identification prevented is money your nation is already losing.
